- $75/hour w/ Production Insurance*, or $150/hour without Production Insurance

FEATURES
- 3 powerful lights on rolling stands included
- Production tech on-site to answer any questions and help troubleshoot
- 2 large garage doors - 1 with loading dock and the other with ramp, so equipment and picture cars can be driven onto set
- Small stage/Stage lighting (optional, can be removed)
- 2x bathrooms — 1 doubles as a changing room
- Outside Food and Drink allowed
- Kitchenette with access to fridge, water/ice maker, microwave, coffee maker; Can be repurposed into a set piece.
- Drinking Fountain with bottle fill
- Green Room/Break Area; Can be repurposed into a set piece.
- Black floor-to-ceiling curtains which can be used to block off the main stage area from the Break Area and Bathroom Hallway/Lobby when needed (retractable if you don't want them).

- Camera, Lighting, Grip & Electric Equipment available for RENTAL.
*REQUIRED FOR LOWER RATE & FOR ALL EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
- Production insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 that provides coverage for both locations and equipment (Short term insurance available through Athos and Thimble) .
