- Lobby area for hanging out or for guest holding area
- Outside Food and Drink allowed
- Kitchen with access to fridge, water/ice maker, microwave, coffee maker
- Drinking Fountain with bottle fill
- Small wireless speaker available
- Paper Cutting Station available

- Additional Table & Chair Package $10/hour
- Basic Stage Lighting Package $16/hour
- Food & Drink attendant $15/hour
- Front Door attendant $15/hour
- General Security attendant $15/hour*
- Upgrade to SCREENING EVENT Package for access to PA System or Projector/Screen
Even if you bring in your own PA system, cut-off time for amplified sound is 2am. **NO EXTREME BASS**
*Depending of the nature of the event, a $15/hour General Security attendant fee may be required.
